Accommodations
USA Gymnastics has partnered with JT Travel to help attendees reserve hotel accommodations for the 2026 USA Gymnastics Region 2 Congress.
Information will be available on December 1.

Registration policies
Minor members
Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).
Transfers
To transfer a registration to another person, please email membership@usagym.org. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00 pm ET on Thursday, June 25, 2026.
Cancellations & refunds
All cancellations must be received in writing to membership@usagym.org. Cancellation requests received on or before June 25, 2026 will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after June 25, 2026 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after August 1, 2026.
Please note: Registration belongs to the payor and may be canceled and/or substituted by the payor at any time during the registration period.
