At some point you might consider selling your gym or purchasing another gym. In this lecture I will cover the strategies, challenges and concerns for both scenarios. I have personally done both numerous times and enjoy sharing what I have learned.
This interactive session showcases a collection of purposeful games for preschool and recreational classes, while inviting coaches to contribute their own creative ideas. Together, we’ll explore how games can build skills, manage energy, and strengthen class culture. Expect a collaborative, idea-sharing environment and a take-home bank of games you can use right away.
This session is designed to help the Women’s Program community understand all the rule changes that were approved at the 2026 annual committee meetings. You’ll hear directly from members of the Administrative, Technical, and Development Program committees as they walk through the key updates — including changes to the Rules and Policies, the Development Program Code of Points, the Compulsory Book, and the Operating Code. These updates will take effect for the upcoming 2026-2027 competition season, so this is a great chance to get clear on what’s new.

This session focuses on key strategies to help us balance our lives inside and outside of the gym- if we don’t take care of ourselves- our gyms, our athletes, and our families won’t thrive. Let’s find ways to find the balance.

For judges, the lecture provides a framework for identifying the subtle technical differences that distinguish world-class execution from average performance. For coaches, it offers practical insight into why skills succeed or fail mechanically, allowing for more effective teaching progressions and technical corrections.

Do you find it challenging to have multiple levels in one class? Homogeneous groups are wonderful but let’s face it - There are a variety of levels in each and every class that you teach! We will dive into basic floor skills and go over progressions that will help challenge each child so that they progress and you don’t pull your hair out! Together we will construct easy quick setups with equipment and show variations on how to make it challenging and effective for your whole class.
