2025 Region 4 Congress Registration is Now Closed

Region 4 Congress will be held June 14-15, 2025 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Cedar Rapids Convention Complex in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Pre-Registration has now closed. Onsite registration will be available at any time during Congress registration hours.

Onsite Registration Fees:

• Member:$270 plus processing fees
• Non-Member: $300 plus processing fee

Congress Registration Hours:

• Friday, June 13: 5:30-8:30 p.m.
• Saturday, June 14: 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
• Sunday, June 15: 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Congress Lecture Hours:

• Saturday and Sunday: 8:15 a.m.-4:45 p.m.
• Lunch: 11:45 a.m.- 1:15 p.m.

Exhibit Hall Hours:

• Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

U407: Positive Coaching Alliance: Developing Competitors and Mental Wellness Through Positive Coaching
Friday, June 13 – 6:00-8:00 p.m. in Taft A
Presented by the Positive Coaching Alliance, this FREE workshop gives coaches hands-on tools they can immediately use to create a positive sports culture with their team. Now more than ever, teen mental wellness needs our focus. Mental wellness affects how we think, feel, and act and determines how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. A positive sports experience, where athletes develop and build connections in an environment that is high on both challenge and support, can contribute to athlete mental wellness.
This course is FREE to congress registrants, but space is limited and pre-registration is required. Click here to reserve your spot! 

Women’s Level 7/8/9/10 Judging Exams
Saturday, June 14 – 5:00-7:00p.m.
WAG Judges’ Level 7/8/9/10 Practical Exams will be offered on Saturday, June 14, start time 5:00p.m.

Registration for Minor Members: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be minimum of 16 years old. 16-17 year olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (whether or not they also hold an Athlete membership).

Transfer Policy: To transfer a registration to another person, please email membership@usagym.org. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Friday, May 30, 2025.

Cancellation/Refund Policies: All cancellations must be received in writing to membership@usagym.org. Cancellation requests received prior to May 30, 2025 will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after May 30, 2025 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee, processed after the conclusion of the event. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after July 1, 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: registration belongs to the payor and may be canceled and/or substituted by the payor at any time during the registration period.
