 Region 6 Congress will be held August 15-17, 2025 at the Crowne Plaza Providence Warwick (Airport) hotel in Warwick, Rhode Island. Pre-Registration has now closed. Onsite registration will be available at any time during Congress registration hours.

Onsite Registration Fees:

• Member:$270 plus processing feee
• Non-Member: $300 plus processing fee

• Thursday, August 14: 5:30-8:30 p.m.
• Friday, August 15: 7:15 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
• Saturday, August 16: 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
• Sunday, August 17: 8:00 a.m.-10:00a.m.

Congress Lecture Hours:

• Friday and Saturday: 8:30 a.m.-5:15 p.m. (Lunch: 12:15-1:45 p.m.)
• Sunday: 8:30- 12:00 p.m.

Exhibit Hall Hours:

• Friday and Saturday: 8:00 a.m.-5:15 p.m.
• Sunday: 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

U407: Positive Coaching Alliance: Developing Competitors and Mental Wellness Through Positive Coaching
Sunday, August 17 – 12:30-2:00 p.m. in Bristol
Presented by the Positive Coaching Alliance, this FREE workshop gives coaches hands-on tools they can immediately use to create a positive sports culture with their team. Now more than ever, teen mental wellness needs our focus. Mental wellness affects how we think, feel, and act and determines how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. A positive sports experience, where athletes develop and build connections in an environment that is high on both challenge and support, can contribute to athlete mental wellness.

WAG Judges’ Level 7/8/9/10 Practical Exams will be offered on Saturday, August 16, start time 5:30p.m.

Registration for Minor Attendees: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).

Transfer Policy: To transfer a registration to another person, please email membership@usagym.org. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Friday, August 1, 2025.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing to membership@usagym.org. Cancellation requests received prior to August 1, 2025 will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after August 1, 2025 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after September 1, 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: registration belongs to the payor and may be canceled and/or substituted by the payor at any time during the registration period.
